In standard metro area homebuilding, Brandl Anderson Homes will provide construction financing, which means you make an initial construction deposit and arrange for a mortgage at the closing.

Your construction supervisor will guide you through the steps of building the home. You will have an on-site meeting after the home is framed to determine electrical locations and low voltage data solutions with the electricians.

Finally, about a week before you move in, you will have the opportunity to walk through your nearly complete home. Your construction supervisor will provide an orientation on all features in the home and make sure everything is just the way you want it.

At the end of this process, it is time to review your warranty papers, close on your mortgage, and FINALLY we hand you the keys to your new home.
