Here are the steps to building your new Brandl Anderson home.

1. Research Brandl Anderson Floorplans

Visit one of our conveniently located model home locations . Your Brandl Anderson representative will work with you to design, price, and build the the perfect 2-story, Rambler, Split Entry, or Modified Two Story

2. Search For your Homesite

We will assist you to find any homesite in Minnesota or Wisconsin that fits your needs. Your New Home Consultant will also:
• Assure your walkout, lookout or full basement home is ideal for the homesite.
• Estimate Allowances for site preparation, tree management, floor plan development, drainage, septic system and water well, landscaping and structural retaining walls, and structural engineering.
• Research wooded, acreage, lakeshore, golf course homesites that may interest you.
• Review the thousands of residential metro area homesites that are available in our database.
• We will confirm that your new home fits the homesite perfectly.

3. Secure Your New Homesite and Home

Complete the necessary agreement and contract that will bind your homesite and Brandl Anderson Homes together.

We can connect you with Experienced loan professionals who will provide you with the best possible financing options to meet your specific needs. Ask your New Home Sales Professional about how construction financing may benefit you in outstate areas or acreage building. In standard metro area homebuilding, Brandl Anderson Homes will provide construction financing, which means you make an initial construction deposit and arrange for a mortgage at the closing.

4. Choose Your Color and Material Selections

Brandl Anderson Homes offers a wide variety of exterior and interior color and material choices featuring quality brand names.

After completing your selections, reviewing your floorplans, your home plans will be prepared for construction. A final cost change order will be sent to you and your lender for preparation, and the plans are sent for permit. This is the FINAL time to make changes or add features to your new home.

5. Watch Your New Home From The Ground Up

Construction is the most exciting part. Watching your new home being built is truly a unique experience. Be sure to have your camera ready so you can document each and every step of the way.

Your construction supervisor will guide you through the steps of building the home. You will have an on-site meeting after the home is framed to determine electrical locations and low voltage data solutions with the electricians.

6. The KEYS to Your New Home...

Finally, about a week before you move in, you will have the opportunity to walk through your nearly complete home. Your construction supervisor will provide an orientation on all features in the home and make sure everything is just the way you want it.

At the end of this process, it is time to review your warranty papers, close on your mortgage, and FINALLY we hand you the keys to your new home.
