Current Estimated Purchase Price
View the current estimated price of your new home,
Includes your initial purchase agreement price and all approved change orders,
Pending change orders are also shown for your information, but are not included
in the estimated purchase price until approved.
Deposits
Allows you to view all deposits you have paid and any deposits that will be due.
Delivery Date
Allows you to see the current estimated delivery date for your new home,
Allows you to see the key steps in a typical construction schedule and
when they will typically occur.
Home Gallery
Photo album of your home as it is being built,
Images updated regularly, and
Allows you to share your home with family and friends as it is being built.
Message Board
Allows you to communicate with a Brandl Anderson Homes Customer Service
representative through a threaded e-mail message system,
Allows you to ask questions throughout the construction process, and
Provides a record of communication for both you and Brandl Anderson Homes.
Change Order Request
Allows you to request selection changes for your home throughout the
construction process,
A Brandl Anderson Homes representative will assess whether or not the
change can be made based on your production schedule, and
Your request will be approved if the change can be made, however a
service fee may also be charged to you.
Service Request
Allows you to request warranty work after you have moved into your new home,
Our Warranty Service department will meet with you at your 30 day and 11 month
inspections to review all requests submitted,
For all warrantable requests, our Warranty Service department will issue service
orders and schedule the work to be completed.
