2-Story Townhomes
A two-story townhome has a main level, second level and sometimes a basement.
The main level is the living space – the family room, living room, kitchen
and bathroom. The second level has bedrooms and bathrooms. If a basement is
included it provides space to be finished at a later date. Townhomes are
association maintained, which means you pay a fee for services determined
in the association documents. Townhomes have common walls, which means they
are connected to units next door. The two-story townhome is a popular choice
because the homeowner generally has no outside maintenance because the
association takes care of items like lawn and snow care.
