Your Homebuilding Journey: Simplified in Eight Easy Steps
Your Home is Only 8 Simple Steps Away

Have you thought about building your dream home just to stop because it all seems overwhelming?
Most people never build a new home, not because they don’t want to, but because they don’t know how.
Truth is, building a home isn’t nearly as complicated as most people think—especially when you’re not the one swinging the hammers. With thousands of homes built and decades of experience, Brandl Anderson has refined the custom homebuilding journey into a clear, straightforward process that’s easy to follow from start to finish.
1. Purchase Agreement
The process begins when you visit one of our model homes and tour a community with one of our New Home Consultants, who will assist you with your home purchase. They will work with you to select the right home site, home plan, and review the available design options. Once you have made these decisions you will sign your purchase agreement.
2. Plan Review Meeting
You will meet with your New Home Consultant to review your home plans and confirm all options that you selected are correctly noted on the plans and finalize decisions regarding electrical, flooring and cabinetry.
You will have the opportunity to work with our Selection Coordinator to select the colors and finishes for the exterior and interior of your home.
4. Pre-Construction Meeting
You will meet with your New Homes Consultant and your Project Manager to discuss the building process, review the homesite survey, and review your final home plans.
5. Pre-Drywall Meeting
You will meet with your Project Manager to walk through your framed home to view your home prior to drywall installation. You will be reviewing the framing, roofing, mechanical rough-ins, and verifying your electrical and low voltage locations.
6. Sneak Peek Meeting
You will meet with your New Home Consultant to walk through your home after cabinetry and trim are installed. This will be the perfect time to take measurements in the home for blinds, rugs and furniture placement.
7. Pre-Close Orientation
Our Warranty Team will complete a thorough home orientation and presentation with you.
7. Closing on Your Home
This meeting will take place at the title company where you will sign the closing documents and receive the keys for your new home!
Brandl Anderson's New Home Sales Consultants are certified Real Estate Salespeople with years of new construction home sales experience and are happy to walk you through the entire home building process - in just 7 easy steps!!
